Our State Government Client is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Planning Officer to support its infrastructure and service delivery programs. This full-time role is based in Perth and offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Your new role
You will assist in monitoring and reporting on project development, procurement, and delivery using established corporate systems. The role involves liaising with regional project teams, facilitating internal training, maintaining dashboards, and supporting monthly meetings and conferences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and reporting on project delivery using corporate systems
- Coordinating with regional teams on planning and scheduling activities
- Facilitating in-house training on internal systems
- Assisting with project performance reporting and dashboard maintenance
- Supporting managers with system administration and data management
- Coordinating monthly meetings and internal conference logistics
- Providing general administrative support to the delivery team
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven experience in record keeping and administrative support
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable skills:
- Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with project programming or scheduling using MS Project
