We're partnering with a global, science‐led wellness business with a strong presence across ANZ and international markets. As the business continues to invest in digital and eCommerce, they are now looking for a Brand Manager to build and scale social commerce as a key revenue channel.
This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional brand marketing and take ownership of TikTok and Meta as true distribution platforms, driving both brand and commercial outcomes.
The Role
You'll lead the development of TikTok Shop and social commerce capability from the ground up, turning product discovery into measurable sales.
Working closely with Digital and eCommerce teams, you'll focus on content, performance and conversion, ensuring the brand shows up in a way that drives both engagement and transaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and scale TikTok Shop as a core revenue channel
* Develop product‐led, high‐converting content strategies
* Execute and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta & TikTok)
* Drive performance across CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics
* Translate product features into compelling short‐form creative
* Partner with Digital & eCommerce teams to maximise growth
About You
* Experience in Brand, Growth or Digital Marketing within FMCG
* Proven experience launching or scaling TikTok/social commerce channels
* Strong hands‐on capability across Meta Ads & TikTok Ads
* Ability to create or brief high‐performing, product‐focused content
* Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and conversion
