We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in forklift operation, truck driving experience, and essential HR and MR Licences.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working between Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and guide employees to meet project goals and commercial outcomes.
* Promote positive behaviour support and a collaborative team environment.
* Conduct skills training assessments and performance reviews in collaboration with employment coaches.
* Ensure production meets customer expectations regarding quality, delivery timeframes, and business requirements.
Requirements:
* Forklift Ticket and Truck Driving experience.
* Essential HR and MR Licences.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
