This high profile, consumer services organisation operating across the education sector has a reputation for delivering forward-thinking solutions with a genuine dedication to well-being. They have a supportive culture that offers collaboration, teamwork and flexibility.
A fantastic prospect now exists for a talented Financial Controller to join the team on a part time (either 3 or 4 day a week) basis. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage an Assistant Accountant and have a broad variety of responsibilities including:
- Preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Month end reporting and reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Liaising with auditors and developing internal controls
- Research technical accounting issues
- Board reporting
- Cash flow management and analysis
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements
To be considered for this exciting role, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have well developed technical skills and have a minimum of 8 years experience working at the Finance Manager or Controller level. You will also have excellent communication skills, be well organised and be a team player.
