About the Role
The Coles Online Department ensures seamless online order selection and packing by our Personal Shoppers. These orders are then picked up through our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to customers via our Coles delivery vans.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the online department with full accountability. Your focus will be on delivering a customer experience that's welcoming, inspiring, and inclusive for all.

* Leadership experience with a strong ability to coach and develop your team
* Taking a team approach to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
* Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
