For over 50 years, Vili's has been serving South Australians their favourite pies, pastries and coffee. Our cafés are fast, friendly and proudly local, and we're looking for a casual café cook who love a busy service and great food.
We're open 24/7. Currently we are seeking candidates for day night shifts 9am till 5pm approximately. Typically, our cooks work 3-4 days per week and around 20-30 hours per week. Availability for 1 day of the weekend is essential.
What you'll do
* Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timing
* Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periods
* Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
* Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks
About you
* Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar fast-paced environments
* Confident working on grills
* Strong multitasking and clear communication within the kitchen and the FOH team
* Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
