Job Title: Regional Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Regional Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing reception and client interactions, and overseeing office facilities and equipment.

* Provide high-quality administrative support for daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Manage reception and client interactions, maintaining a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.
* Oversee office facilities, equipment, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Assist in financial administration, including petty cash reconciliation and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain and update asset records, databases, and IT systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and secure.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and site functions, including scheduling and document preparation, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and on-time.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in managing facilities, assets, and financial administration, with a strong understanding of business processes and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and record management systems, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
* Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
