Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant
In this customer service role at Repco you'll create moments that matter for our customers in an after‐market auto products retail and trade environment. Flexible availability Monday‐Friday and a safety‐first mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
* Maintain a safety focus to protect yourself, teammates and customers.
* Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
* Use strong customer service skills to drive positive sales performance.
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
* Process stock: receive, dispatch and store items.
* Contribute to a positive team culture as an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member.
* Participate in physical tasks such as lifting, bending and climbing as required.

* Ability to lift, bend and climb.
