For over 30 years, the Quorn Medical Practice (formerly Kanyaka Surgery), has been providing continuous quality medical care to the community and district of Kanyaka-Quorn. Located on Hospital Road in Quorn, the Practice provides comprehensive, high-quality medical services, by our experienced and friendly staff.
Quorn Medical Practice is looking to expand the administration team and has multiple roles available. These roles are available on a permanent part time or causal basis. The practice offers full flexibility with the possibility of job share arrangements to complement a great work life balance.
About the role
The role of the Administration Officer will provide high quality medical reception and administrative support for the doctors and nurses consulting in the Practice. This role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills to ensure that patients have access to the medical services they require in a timely manner.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
* Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.
