The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Regional Victoria Division as Bid & Marketing Coordinator based in Albury on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Timely and effective production of bid documents and bid-related materials
Assist in bid preparation and document distribution
Coordinating and publishing compelling content for tender responses and associated presentation material
Design promotional materials and internal / external communications
General office administration duties and coordinating work/staff functions
Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager, Estimator and Project teams
About You
Experience in preparing timely, accurate and professional bid submissions highly desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing / communications or similar an advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail with advanced written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of general office administration.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet definitive timelines with competing priorities.
Well developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Demonstrated computer skills, with Advanced InDesign and Adobe Creative suite capabilities highly desirable.
Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
Proven experience working in a similar role with industry experience advantageous (construction, engineering, or architecture)
Remuneration will be based on education and demonstrated experience and the position is available immediately.
