Job Title: Field Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, performing maintenance and repairs on equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Prioritise personal and business safety at all times.
* Conduct testing of lifting equipment on-site and off-site.
* Perform maintenance and service repairs on products.
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Travel to customer sites either DIDO or FIFO when and as required.
* Collaborate with the support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
* Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential.
* A valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability to FIFO from Kalgoorlie to customer sites.
* The capability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights.
