We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Stock Controller to join our team at Rockingham Kwinana Mobility and Rehabilitation Supplies in Rockingham, Western Australia. This full‑time position is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our inventory to support our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand
* Ordering and receiving new stock to replenish inventory as required
* Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies
* Analysing sales data and forecasting future inventory needs
* Optimising storage and warehouse operations to maximise efficiency
* Liaising with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and ensure timely deliveries
* Providing accurate and up‑to‑date reporting on stock levels and inventory movements
* Assisting with the implementation of inventory management systems and processes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Stock Controller or Inventory Manager, preferably within the retail, manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
* A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders
