Job Title: Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our organization. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and growing our client base, with a focus on managing key accounts and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
* Execute formalized client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
* Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large clients.
* Deliver education programs and promote marketing campaigns across your portfolio.
* Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
* Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* RG146 accreditation is mandatory for this role; however, candidates who are not yet accredited may be considered if they are willing and eligible to complete the certification as part of their onboarding.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or Diploma of Financial Planning are desirable.
