What we are looking for: 
To be successful as our Recruitment and HR Officer, you will possess: 
Qualification in Human Resources (Cert IV or higher, highly desirable). 
Demonstrated recruitment experience across several disciplines including technical and administrative. 
Confidence with technology including HRIS (BambooHR) and Microsoft Office applications and strong attention to the details. 
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life; in person, on the phone or email. 
Resilience and the ability to pivot in a agile environment. 
Robust organisational and time management skills. 
Preparedness to take ownership to achieve desired outcomes. 
A growth mindset, a can-do attitude and a genuine care for employees. 
Responsibilities: 
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this hands-on role will work closely with leaders as a valued contributor to achieving desired outcomes. 
As our Recruitment & HR Officer, you will be responsible for: 
Building strong working relationships throughout our Honeycombes team. 
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding. 
Maintaining the integrity of internal data and systems associated with the HR function. 
Providing generalist HR support to the HR Operations Manager. 
Contributing to audits, reviews and improvements within HR systems and processes. 
Assisting with general HR tasks across the team. 
Completing general administrative tasks as required.
