Urban Planning Specialist
This role is pivotal in supporting clients through the preparation of strategic planning advice and development applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage Development Applications and planning advice to meet project objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Create comprehensive planning reports, policy submissions, and responses to authority information requests.
* Participate in consultation sessions, client meetings, and site visits to foster collaboration and achieve project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in urban planning or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of development assessment and environmental planning legislation.
* Proficiency in MS Office and information management systems.
