We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the GM and Business owners, you will manage a team of experienced consultants to deliver end to end recruitment services for a large range of local and national clients.

We are a WA owned Labour Hire and Recruitment company that focuses on the Civil, Rail, Mining, and Infrastructure industries. Since forming in 2017 we have experienced significant growth, and we have ambitious plans to continue this growth over the coming years.
**Duties**
- Day to day management of Recruitment Consultants
- Strengthen relationships with clients and ensure that they are receiving exceptional customer service
- Work with management to support and develop the growth of each team member
- Drive new business opportunities through new and existing networks
**What you need to be successful**:
- 2+ years' experience leading an end-to-end Blue Collar recruitment team
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Agile, creative, innovative thinking and a leader
- You are exceptionally well organised and can manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
