Key Qualifications & Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate.
* Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
* Proficiency in another language that could support inclusive engagement.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage plans, records, and deadlines.
* Team‐player attitude, working well with employers, colleagues and community partners.
