At Fitness Cartel Health Clubs, we're more than a gym — we're an exciting and fast-growing brand with plans to expand to 60+ clubs by 2030. Our state-of-the-art facilities include everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel-good environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires.
We're bringing Fitness Cartel to Toowoomba — and while we're not actively recruiting for this role just yet, we're building a talent pool of passionate Group Fitness leaders ready to step in when we launch.
About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)
As a Group Fitness Manager, you'll be at the heart of the club, driving energy, attendance and community through our group fitness offering.
You'll lead and support instructors, build an engaging timetable, and create an environment where members feel motivated, connected and inspired.
What You'll Be Doing
* Driving growth and attendance across Group Fitness classes
* Recruiting, mentoring and supporting instructors
* Managing and evolving class timetables to suit member demand
* Promoting Group Fitness through social media and in-club activity
* Supporting a strong, positive and high-energy class culture
* Working closely with club leadership to align with overall goals
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in Group Fitness (leadership experience preferred)
* Passion for fitness, community and member engagement
* A natural motivator who brings energy and positivity
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Confident using systems and adapting to new tools
