About the Role
We’re looking for full-time Club Managers to lead, grow, and energise our Jetts Gold Coast communities.
As a Club Manager, you will:
* Lead and coach your team to perform at their best
* Create a welcoming, inclusive and high-energy club culture
* Ensure the club is always operating to Jetts standards
* Engage with members and build strong community connections
* Drive membership growth, sales and operational performance
* Own your club’s social media and support local & national marketing
* Use systems such as GloFox and Google Suite
* Participate in projects, innovation initiatives and WHS processes
