The Housekeeping Services Room Attendant, reporting to the Housekeeping Services Supervisor, will contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.

A few of your responsibilities
* Deliver timely, effective, and efficient customer service that meets both guest needs and corporate standards
* Address customer queries and complaints with tact, escalating issues and providing regular feedback to the Supervisor
* Clean and service rooms, apartments, corridors, balconies, and pantries to The Star standards; update room status via phone
* Handle guest belongings with care while working in rooms
* Report all lost and found items to Security
What we are looking for
* Experience in a housekeeping function
* Ability to work in a team environment
