The Roles
Room Attendant: Tasked with cleaning and servicing guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring each room is immaculately prepared for incoming guests.
Laundry Attendant: Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organising linens and towels to ensure a steady supply for guest rooms and common areas.
Cleaner: Essential in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other communal spaces. Duties may include mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
About You
- Previous job-related experience is preferred however all training will be provided
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge in the use of cleaning and laundry equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service
- Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
