Service Coordinator 
Location: Geebung, Queensland

Role Overview: 
Seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to the team in Geebung, Queensland. 
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution, programmed maintenance, and effective resolution of breakdown situations. Your exceptional customer service, organisation, and prioritisation skills will be instrumental in optimising service delivery. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Act as customers' primary point of contact regarding service-related matters, including occasional out-of-hours support. 
Scheduling service jobs, maintaining the calendar, and ensuring compliance with fatigue policies. 
Proactively manage bookings with existing customers, understanding service cycles and rosters to optimize team efficiency. 
Coordinate travel logistics including flights, car hire, and technician accommodation bookings. 
Verify timesheets against signed site day sheets and company policies. 
Prepare accurate invoicing following customer agreements, including overtime and travel invoicing requirements. 
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business model to optimize gross margin. 
Collaborate with the People and Culture team to maintain the training matrix and ensure sufficient resources are inducted onto sites as per customer requirements. 
Follow up to ensure timely submission of technician reports and calibration certificates to customers. 
Requirements: 
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. 
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment. 
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling software. 
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
