A major enterprise transformation is underway following several recent acquisitions. With multiple legacy systems in place and older SAP environments and other ERPs, the organisation is moving toward a unified SAP S/4HANA platform. We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support their SAP S/HANA project (approx. 1 day/week) while also contributing to a strong pipeline of broader business and technology projects across the organisation. This role will provide critical support to the Change Managers. Key Responsibilities Support change activities across the SAP S/4HANA implementation and related business projects. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness activities. Assist with communications planning, drafting and coordination. Provide administrative and operational support to Change Managers. Work across multiple ERPs (SAP and legacy systems) to help identify business impacts and change requirements. Engage with business SMEs across multiple sites and functions. Contribute to training coordination, workshops, and end-user engagement activities. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Change Analyst on SAP projects. Understanding of change impact analysis, communications and stakeholder support. Ability to work across multiple workstreams and support several Change Managers. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Adaptability and comfort working in a complex environment with mixed systems. Availability to work 3 days onsite in Melbourne each week.
