The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant who is motivated, professional, and ready to take ownership of their results. This role will focus on selling the innovative BYD range while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
* Guide customers through the full sales process, from needs analysis to delivery
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on the BYD range
* Work collaboratively with the broader team to drive dealership performance
About You
* Proven experience in automotive sales (preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven with a results focused mindset
* Professional presentation and approach
* Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
* Current driver’s licence
