This well-established and growing Australian-owned business specialises in Biohazard Safety Solutions and supplies critical hygiene and compliance products into healthcare and regulated environments. As part of a respected national group, they are known for reliability, quality and strong customer relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in a permanent part-time capacity.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Assisting with orders, product enquiries and general requests
* Liaising with sales, operations and logistics teams
* Providing accurate information and ensuring timely follow-up
* Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism
This is a hands-on role within a supportive team environment. You will play an important part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customers feel informed and supported.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE:
* Experience in a customer service, administration or support role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and confident phone manner
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise tasks
* Solutions-focused attitude
* A genuine desire to assist customers
