Job Overview

This is a key opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team in a newly created role for David Jones Amplify.

David Jones Amplify is Australia's first luxury retail media network with a full-service media and marketing proposition designed to connect non-supplier brands with premium, purchase-ready consumers both in-store and online.

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and motivated professional with experience in retail or owned media networks, new business development, sales partnerships, and brand management to achieve new levels of success.

As the Retail Media Campaign Manager, you will support the National Sales and Partnerships Director and play a key role in growing non-supplier brand presence within David Jones, Amplify. Your responsibilities include creating and executing experience-led campaigns that engage shoppers, enhance customer experience, and deliver ROI for advertisers.

You will build relationships with experiential third-party providers and agency partners, developing solutions such as visual merchandising hotspots and storefront displays on Elizabeth and Bourke Streets. Managing your portfolio with a focus on commercial outcomes, strategic planning, and execution aligned with Amplify's priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
2. Develop and secure creative media solutions that bring brands to life through David Jones, Amplify.
3. Manage end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns.
4. Implement strategies to improve sell-through of production-heavy channels.
5. Support the development of preferred supplier relationships for logistics and execution of retail campaigns.
6. Contribute to media inventory review and packaging strategies.
7. Ensure efficient campaign delivery and client satisfaction.


Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centres, or partnerships within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agencies.

Strong understanding of media planning, inventory, and commercialization strategies.

Creative ability to craft compelling media plans that embody brand attributes.

Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.

Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management and campaign analysis.

Strong communication skills, confident in presentations to diverse audiences.
