About the role
This position within our Administration Team will see you providing support to our admin team, customers and other internal stakeholders by undertaking the following tasks:
* Setting up new jobs in the system
* Allocation of costs and actioning of weekly WIP reports
* Close out and invoice jobs in the system
* Monitoring job statues and actively troubleshooting
* Provide cover for other team members when on leave
* Provide training of admin tasks to new staff members
* Answering phone calls and directing queries to the correct areas
* Actively manage centralised company email for including jobs, work orders and enquiries

Requirements
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Strong time management skills
* Minimum 3 years of administration experience is required for this role
* Australian work rights are required for this position
