The Opportunity
Join our People & Culture team as the leader of HR operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR administration and employee support across a national workforce, reporting to the EGM – People and Culture.
This 12‐month parental leave contract will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of HR, managing HR systems, employee lifecycle processes and the HR Helpdesk while leading a small People Services team.

You Will
* Lead the People Services team and build a high‐performing culture.
* Oversee HR operations including onboarding, off‐boarding and employee variations.
* Manage the HR Helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of employee enquiries.
* Maintain and optimise HR systems including Cornerstone and SharePoint.
* Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with employment legislation.
* Partner closely with Payroll and key internal stakeholders.
* Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership.
* Support audits, compliance reviews and HR projects.
About You
You are a structured and process‐driven HR professional with strong operational HR experience.
You enjoy working with systems, data and processes and are comfortable leading a small team responsible for delivering reliable HR services.
You Will Bring
* 5+ years HR experience in HR operations, HR services or HR advisory roles.
* Strong knowledge of employment compliance and HR administration.
* Experience improving HR processes and service delivery.
* Strong Excel and HR data reporting capability.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
* Experience working with HRIS platforms.
* Experience working in a shared services or service desk environment.
