We're looking for a driven and detail-obsessed HubSpot CRM Manager to join the Aaron Sansoni Group International (ASG), the engine behind 60+ live campaigns and events every year.

This isn't your average CRM role. You'll take full ownership of one of the most advanced HubSpot ecosystems out there, building and optimising the automations, workflows, and reports that keep our marketing, sales, and customer experience teams running at full speed.

The Role
As our HubSpot CRM Manager, you'll be the person who makes the machine work. From designing customer journeys and building smart automations to managing data segmentation and integrations, you'll be the glue connecting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

Your job? Ensure every workflow fires perfectly, every campaign is tracked accurately, and every system runs like clockwork.

What You Will Do

* Own and manage the entire HubSpot CRM ecosystem, including workflows, automations, data segmentation, and integrations
* Design, build, test, and optimise automation workflows across the full customer journey: marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer experience
* Implement quality assurance processes, naming conventions and documentation to ensure consistency and reliability
* Audit, manage, and clean data segmentation to improve deliverability, engagement, and lead quality
* Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless automation handoffs and data flow between departments
* Create and manage a campaign go-live calendar for visibility and alignment on timelines, dependencies, and capacity
* Troubleshoot and fix automation issues quickly. You're the HubSpot go-to
* Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, drop-offs and conversions.
* Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and to automate smarter, not harder
* Stay ahead of industry trends and HubSpot updates to keep our CRM strategy ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For

* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM at scale
* Proven ability to build and maintain complex automations from scratch
* Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
* Experience with project management tools (Wrike experience is a plus)
* Exceptional time management, organisation, and attention to detail
* Analytical and solutions-focused mindset with a love for optimisation
* Familiarity with Miro for journey mapping and workflow logic (advantageous)
* Exposure to AI automation tools such as Zapier,, and ChatGPT
* A proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
* A collaborative team player who takes ownership and delivers results
