About the Role:
As a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve success. This involves working closely with the Store Managers, managing operations, and coaching team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with previous supervisory experience or those ready for that next step. You should demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations. Ideally, you have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you must be able to prioritize safety and have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role.
