Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by being approachable and responsive to customer inquiries.
* Co-ordinate repairs, returns, and credits with suppliers in a timely manner.
* Oversee Click & Collect operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Manage laybys and vendor orders efficiently.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and update records accordingly.
* Implement price changes, compliance tasks, and safety audits as required.
* Collaborate with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office to achieve operational excellence.
* Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings.

Requirements
* A natural organiser and multitasker with excellent time management skills.
* Strong system knowledge, including proficiency in stock reports and spreadsheets.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Physical capability to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 15kg, moving, and climbing ladders.
* Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
