At FAMASO, we specialise in delivering façade, window, and high-access cleaning and maintenance services across Australia. With a strong reputation for safety, professionalism, and innovation, we are expanding our rope access team and seeking Technicians (IRATA Level 1+) and Supervisors (IRATA Level 3) to join us in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and beyond.
Whether you are an experienced Level 3 Supervisor leading high-rise projects, or a skilled Level 1–2 Technician eager to grow, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be part of a team providing rope access services across a variety of commercial and high-rise sites. Responsibilities vary by role, but may include:
- Technicians: Rope access window cleaning, caulking, sealant application, minor repairs, and supporting anchor and height safety work.
- Supervisors: Full site ownership – leading crews, ensuring WHS compliance, client handovers, time/resource management, and mentoring technicians.
Both roles may also support other service areas during downtime (maintenance tasks, or assisting other high-risk divisions).
What We\'re Looking For
Supervisors (IRATA Level 3)
Proven experience leading rope access crews in commercial or high-rise settings.
Strong WHS knowledge, rescue preparedness, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage teams, schedules, and documentation with accountability.
Technicians (IRATA Level 1+)
Hands-on experience in rope access tasks (window cleaning, minor repairs, or caulking).
Safety-focused, punctual, and reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn, follow instruction, and support across different service lines.

About You
IRATA Level 1 (minimum) for Technicians.
IRATA Level 3 for Supervisors.
Strong safety mindset and adaptability to take on rope and non-rope tasks.
