The Role :
We are seeking a strategic commercial leader passionate about retail partnerships and growth.
The National Business Manager Coles will lead customer relationships and drive business growth, with a focus on culture and team development.
Reporting to the Sales Director – ANZ, this senior role involves leading growth initiatives and providing leadership across the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and lead strategic partnership with Coles, aligning on growth, investment, and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Coles stakeholders.
Manage business results through joint growth initiatives, supply chain development, and financial management.
Motivate, coach, and develop the Coles team to execute strategic plans.
Lead the Sales Team to achieve functional objectives, forming part of the SLT.
Ensure Category Objectives are met through business planning and execution.
Drive sales, margin, and CPA targets for profitable growth.
Ideal Candidate :
Experience in FMCG sales at a national management level, especially in corporate grocery.
Proven achievement in sales negotiation and results.
Ability to develop and implement strategies with customers.
Strong communication, influence, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical agility and leadership experience.
Team-oriented approach to business outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Accounting are advantageous.
