The Opportunity
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide reliable support across Thrive's project management, residential building, and consulting operations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in personal assistant or executive support roles.
Your role will be to ensure the Managing Director's time is focused on clients, projects, and growth, while you take ownership of organisation, administration, and business support tasks.
This is a part-time position requiring 20-25 hours per week, with potential for full time.
Flexible hybrid role — work remotely with scheduled check-ins and on-site time as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's diary and scheduling
* Draft, format, and prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations
* Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and purchase order preparation
* Bookkeeping experience is required for financial administration tasks
* Support the preparation and submission of tenders and quotations
* Experience in the construction or building industry is preferred but not essential
* Maintain compliance records and ensure accurate document filing
* Handle routine communications and email filtering to improve efficiency
* Enter and monitor tasks in the Project Management platform, ensuring deadlines are met
* Provide general business support, including supplier coordination and office administration
* Assist with promotion and media activities, including preparing content, coordinating posts, and supporting Thrive's brand visibility.
