What will you do?
* Handle and transport guest luggage promptly and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded accurately
* Follow safe manual handling practices, especially when dealing with heavy luggage
* Collaborate with the Front Office team to welcome guests and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
* Interact with guests professionally, responding to inquiries to maintain high service standards
* Assist the Front Office during downtime with tasks such as check‐ins, guest requests, and general administrative duties
More About You
* Previous experience as a Porter, ideally in a luxury setting
* Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage while adhering to safe manual handling practices
* Impeccable grooming and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for guest service with an engaging and confident personality
