Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher who can lead our efforts in developing and implementing evidence-based solutions that privilege First Nations knowledge systems and practice. Our goal is to create an integrated system that is centered on learning, development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* To develop and implement research projects that focus on evidencing new ways of working, with a particular emphasis on First Nations knowledge systems and practice.
* To work closely with local experts and stakeholders to build and deliver an integrated system that is centred on learning, development and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree or qualification in research, preferably in a field related to First Nations studies. A strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories is essential, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
