**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager, Network Services to join our team based in Brisbane 4000. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for water Australia, the position has accountability to ensure the network services operations contracts are delivered while growing and expanding the division across Australia.
This is a newly created role reflecting the continuous success and growth of the Veolia water business.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Full accountability for ensuring contracts and business initiatives are delivered and project benefits realised.
- Setting strategic direction and leading the implementation and service delivery of the Network Services business.
- Effective coordination of projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues.
- Managing the portfolio including project management, change management, contract management, risk management and governance.
- Providing support and thought leadership to internal stakeholders in developing service delivery ideas.
- Supporting the vision of an inclusive and innovative organisation driving high performance while addressing growth, environmental impacts and opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience maximising opportunities and business uplift.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Tertiary qualification
- Water or wastewater experience preferred
- A forward thinking mindset with exceptional strategic, financial, project, program and motivational skills.
- Ability to build strong networks that yield excellent outcomes.
- Proven track record of providing strategic direction and inspirational leadership.
