Head Pickleball Coach
to lead our program, shape player pathways, and help grow the sport in a premium club environment.
What you'll do
* Lead group clinics, private coaching and social sessions
* Build structured pathways from beginner to advanced players
* Grow participation through engaging, well-run programs
* Support events, leagues and club activations
* Mentor other coaches as the program scales
About you
* Accredited pickleball coach (or equivalent experience)
* Confident coaching across multiple levels
* Strong communicator with a proactive, growth mindset
* Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
