Build the brand. Own the events. Shape the experience.
Muswellbrook Race Club (MRC) is entering a bold new era. With a $6 million renovation and expansion of our function centre nearing completion, we're evolving into one of the Upper Hunter Valley's leading event and hospitality venues.
Set in a region celebrated for world-class horse studs, wineries and agribusiness, MRC is more than a race club — it's a growing brand. With increasing demand across corporate events, weddings, race days, membership and private functions, we're looking for a Sales, Events & Marketing Co-ordinator who wants hands-on ownership and real creative impact.
This role is ideal for an events and marketing professional who enjoys seeing ideas through — from pitch to promotion to pack-down.

About the Role
This is a practical, end-to-end role where you'll have direct influence over how events are sold, promoted and delivered. Working on a casual basis with the opportunity to become permanent, you'll manage the full event and campaign lifecycle in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You'll be equally comfortable:
* Managing client enquiries and proposals
* Building event timelines and logistics
* Creating engaging promotional content
* Being on the floor during events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
If you like variety, autonomy and accountability — you'll thrive here.
