* Advise on technology and research direction in drone-based geophysics, develop a strategy and business plan with team inputs.
* Work with maintenance teams to integrate geophysical instruments into drones, ensuring proper functionality.
* Develop workflows and operational standards for data collection using geophysical sensors, establishing quality control protocols.
* Collaborate with researchers to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

About You
* A postgraduate qualification in geophysics, geophysical engineering, or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven experience with the operation of geophysical instruments and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of industry standards related to geophysical data collection and QA/QC.
* Ability to develop and document workflows, operational procedures, and quality standards.
* Experience with travel to remote regions and ability to troubleshoot in non-ideal situations.
