At RN/M3 level, you will use your advanced clinical knowledge and education expertise to provide a corporate education support service across the network. This includes leading and coordinating education programs, supporting workforce capability development, and contributing to safe, high-quality patient outcomes through evidence-based learning initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening professional practice, leading projects, supporting change processes, and fostering a positive and culturally safe learning environment across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Education & Workforce Capability Develop, deliver and evaluate education programs for nursing and midwifery staff Coordinate clinical education portfolios across wards, units and community services Support undergraduate and postgraduate students in clinical placements Contribute to curriculum development aligned with national frameworks Professional Leadership Act as a role model, mentor and expert resource Provide strategic education advice to Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers and senior leaders Contribute to leadership development and succession planningPromote inter-professional learning and collaborative practice Quality, Systems & Improvement Integrate contemporary evidence into education and clinical practice Support quality improvement, risk management and change initiatives Lead or coordinate education-related projects and research Contribute to policy development and professional practice frameworks Research & Innovation Apply evidence-based recommendations to improve practice Contribute to evaluation and research activities Support innovation in education delivery, including simulation and technology-enhanced learning What We’re Looking For Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Minimum 3 years post-registration experience Demonstrated experience in nursing/midwifery education or staff development Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills Ability to design, deliver and evaluate education programs Knowledge of quality improvement systems and contemporary healthcare issues Desirable: Graduate Diploma or Master’s qualification in Education Postgraduate qualifications in nursing/midwifery or related discipline Experience in curriculum development and education research Why Join Us?
