About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, values-aligned Practice & Client Intake Manager to support the growth and day-to-day operations of KCE. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys structure, connection, and building systems that support both people and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
* Client intake, enquiries, onboarding, and service coordination
* Managing the in‑person office at Oxenford
* Managing a small team and liaising with staff
* Attending networking events and supporting community engagement
* Contributing business development ideas and service improvement initiatives
* Managing compliance requirements (including NDIS)
* Preparing for internal and external audits (documentation, systems, readiness)
About You (Essential)
* Experience in a Practice Manager (or similar) role
* Experience managing people and supporting teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confidence with systems, processes, documentation, and compliance
* Values alignment with neuro‑affirming and trauma‑informed practice
Highly Regarded (Not essential)
* Experience using Splose
* Experience in the NDIS administration space
* Background knowledge in mental health and/or disability support
