Over the years JA McGregor & Co grew to become one of the most respected and well known agencies in the North West and through the generations the business gradually expanded into machinery, cropping inputs and farm merchandise.
In 1987 JA McGregor & Co was looking to expand westwards and so with a group of experienced partners formed McGregor Gourlay Agricultural Services based in Moree NSW. Since then the business has continued to expand to become one of the most dynamic privately owned rural services companies in Australia, employing over 160 Staff across 17 branches located across North West NSW, the NSW Northern Rivers, Darling Downs and the South West QLD Border Regions.

Job Description JA McGregor Livestock & Property is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. With offices in Warialda and Bingara, we proudly service the Gwydir Shire and North West Region. This role will be based in Bingara and offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in real estate.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS Generating leads through prospecting methods Managing and maintaining an up-to-date database Coordinating property marketing, inspections, appointments, and meetings Assisting buyers and sellers with negotiations Liaising with clients, solicitors and other agents Preparing and distributing relevant reports Preparing documents such as agency agreements Ensuring compliance with property-related legislation and regulations Collaborating with the property team to support operations Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you must have a current NSW Real Estate Agent Licence (Class 1 or Class 2) and a passion for the real estate industry.
