**As Principal HR Consultant you will be**:
- Supporting operational areas in developing, implementing, administering and reviewing strategic human resource management and organisational frameworks
- Facilitating the resolution of complex employee issues through the provision of effective support, through case management and workplace interventions.
- Undertaking HR projects, including research and preparation of associated reports, submissions and correspondence, and implement agreed outcomes
- Providing relevant data and accompanying analysis to support business initiatives and employee management including establishment management.
- Identifying strategic HR issues and develop strategies that align with organisational needs and comply with relevant HR legislative and departmental policy requirements.
- Coordinating the implementation of change activities impacting HR systems and services and develop and implement strategies that effect change while maintaining service delivery to management and staff.

- Your ability to consult, liaise and negotiate confidently and in a clear and concise manner through the use of structured written and oral communication
