**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and support on a range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and enterprise agreements.
- Responsible for managing employee engagement and driving change management initiatives within the organisation.
- Working on HR projects and supporting the rollout of rewards for our hiring managers.
- **Location**:Melbourne (with the flexibility to work from home)
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)
- **Salary**:$100,000 - $110,000 Plus Super
- **Contract**:Permanent Full Time

**To be successful in this role**
- A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience with a focus on ER and IR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Experience working in blue-collar, construction, FMCG, and manufacturing industries
