Key Responsibilities:
* Operate the weighbridge system with precision and accuracy
* Document vehicle movements, weights, and associated records
* Maintain effective communication with drivers, operations, and administration teams
* Ensure safe traffic flow on site and manage traffic congestion
* Support data entry and documentation using Microsoft Excel
* Operate the Material Recovery Facility efficiently
* Understand Mass Management and Chain of Responsibility principles
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a weighbridge operator in traffic management or similar operational environments
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools
* High level of reliability, safety focus, and ability to work independently
* Flexibility to assist with additional duties
