Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Professional to provide specialist therapy services, working directly with the community, schools and various departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support and working with complex needs and challenging behaviors. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete indirect and direct assessments, including observations and data collection, and collate data for the development of behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments.
* Support NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family and significant others, providing training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behaviour support plans.
* Support participants to meet their person-centered goals and work within a multidisciplinary team.
