We are currently recruiting for multiple Executive Assistant positions across a range of divisions and business units. These roles require individuals with a strong background in executive and administrative support who can confidently manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support within a fast-paced setting.

To be successful in these roles, you will bring

• Proven experience in executive support or office management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• High‐level communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems

Eligibility and Other Requirements

• Relevant experience and/or qualifications in executive support/office management
• Experience with Microsoft Office is highly desirable

Notes

There are permanent and temporary vacancies available with the possibility of extension of up to 12 months and/or possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
