As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity to service our customers across the Apartments portfolio, which serves Developer key customers and has the highest volume of active display campaigns nationally.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure revenue targets are met & exceeded each month, quarter and year. To achieve this, you will need to:
1. Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet the advertisers' marketing and sales objectives
2. Regularly meet with customers to build knowledge of their business while promoting REA's products and services
3. Understand the local market, including new site launches, initiatives (within and outside existing client base) and general online industry developments
4. Build relationships with direct clients and keep abreast of any new developments and revenue opportunities
5. Proactively seek out new business and revenue opportunities, ensuring there is a sufficient pipeline of new/additional business to meet & exceed targets
6. Prepare and deliver quality sales presentations and proposals to prospects/agencies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have ideally gained experience in the following areas:
1. Proven media sales experience, ideally in an online environment
2. Knowledge of the property developer industry
3. Sales experience to direct customers as well as ad/media agencies
4. Good knowledge of advertising processes and strategies
5. Analytical skills, to enable reporting on client activity
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
