Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets across Australia and New Zealand.
Product Development:
Collaborate with design teams to create trend-driven collections and execute product strategies.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners.
Creative Strategy:
Partner with the creative team to present new collections and ideas to buyers.
Business Support:
Manage sales reports, product approvals, and ensure smooth communication between teams and vendors.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong experience in
sales/account management
within fashion or retail, combined with
product development
expertise.
5+ years
in account management or BDM roles, ideally in fashion apparel or licensing.
A proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive growth.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for music and fashion.
